Some sessions are a reminder that flexibility can lead to something even better than the original plan — and this 4-year anniversary couples session in central Louisiana was exactly that.


This couple booked an outdoor anniversary photography session to celebrate four years together. Like many sessions in Louisiana, the weather had other ideas. With storms in the forecast, we decided to move their session up a few days — and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.


The rescheduled date gave us soft skies, comfortable temperatures, and the most beautiful golden-hour light. What could have been stressful instead felt calm, intentional, and effortless.
